UPSC Releases CDS I Admit Card 2025The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the admit cards for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) I exam 2025. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official UPSC portals: upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in by entering their registration ID or roll number. The exam is scheduled for April 21, 2025, covering English, General Knowledge, and Mathematics in an offline pen-and-paper format. Eligible candidates must bring their admit card and valid photo ID to the exam center. The selection process includes the written test, followed by SSB interviews and medical evaluations.

NTA Issues JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Hall TicketsThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has released admit cards for JEE Main 2025 Session 2, with exams running until April 9, 2025. Engineering aspirants can download their hall tickets from jeemain.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth. The computer-based test covers Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with two papers: Paper 1 for B.E./B.Tech and Paper 2 for B.Arch/B.Planning. Exams are conducted in morning and afternoon shifts at centers across India and abroad. Candidates should verify their details and strictly adhere to NTA’s exam guidelines.

NMC Mandates Basic Course in Medical Education Technology (BCMeT) for Faculty PromotionsThe National Medical Commission (NMC) has made completion of the Basic Course in Medical Education Technology (BCMeT) compulsory for medical faculty promotions. The course enhances teaching skills, modern pedagogy, student engagement, and assessment methods. This mandate encourages continuous professional development, aligns with NEP 2020’s competency-based learning goals, and ensures improved medical education quality. Faculty who do not complete BCMeT may face delays in career progression.

PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Reinforced to Strengthen Skill Training & EmploymentThe Government of India is accelerating efforts under PMKVY to provide vocational training and enhance job placements for youth, especially targeting underprivileged groups and school dropouts. New training centers will focus on sectors such as IT, healthcare, construction, and automotive, supported by industry partnerships and financial incentives for certified trainees. PMKVY has already trained over 1.5 crore candidates, and the renewed push aims to better match India’s workforce with evolving industry needs.
